10:00 am – 4:00 pm – Mutts & More Festival at Fowler Park 4110 Carolene Way, Cumming, GA – 770-889-2519 – This full day of family fun features pet adoptions, vendors, games and food.   Admission is free. Mutt Strutt is a fun walk with your dog to raise money for the animals.  Participate as an individual of get a team together.  Register for Mutt Strutt at www.firstgiving.com/forsythpets.  All proceeds from the Mutts & More Festival benefit the Humane Society of Forsyth County No Killl Shelter.

4:00 pm – Midway Saddle Club June Horse Show – Midway Saddle Club is holding an open horse show on Saturday, June 16, at 4 PM at Midway Saddle Club, located on Seabolt Road, just off of HWY 369 West in Cumming, GA 30028.  Everyone is welcome!  There will be over 35 classes, lots of delicious food, and wonderful people.  For more information, visit www.midwaysaddleclub.com, like us on Facebook, or call 770 823 9791 for more information.  There is a $3 per person fee to enter our grounds on show day.  Children under 12 are admitted free.  To register and show your horse, the costs are $5 for members and $7 for non-members for regular classes and  $10 for members and $12 for non-members for Championship classes.  Stick horse rental is $1 and entry in the stick horse class is $1.  You may sign up to participate in as many classes as you wish.  If you do plan on showing your horse, you must bring a copy of a current COGGINS certificate.
